Where do you want to go as a leader, and how are you going to get there? Research from the Stanford Graduate School of Business shows that using a journey mindset is a more resilient and effective way to picture your path than simply focusing on a destination. Using proven frameworks, tools, and practices, this course will teach you ways to improve crucial personal and relational elements in your life. You will learn to clarify your purpose and values so that you can consistently act in a strong, centered, and resilient way; become more aware, intentional, positive, and compassionate; build your emotional intelligence, which is the most important skill for successful leadership; explore how to help others be engaged, use their strengths, face challenges, and grow; improve your skills of active listening and giving feedback; strengthen your relationships with trust and authenticity; engage in deep self-reflection and conversation; and communicate more effectively with clarity, charisma, and confidence. You will leave this course with a clearer purpose, expanded skills, and a roadmap for your leadership growth. You will have new capabilities to adapt to challenges, help others grow, and make a greater impact.
