Through real-world simulations, case studies, and experiential exercises, you will learn to:

  • Cultivate a performance culture of innovation and creativity
  • Build long-term resilience for yourself and your team
Each student will have access to an optional confidential executive coaching session to help solidify these skills. Ideal for tech professionals seeking to lead with increased confidence and presence, this course provides powerful tools for thriving in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant

Roberta Riga is the founder of R Riga Consulting, a Silicon Valley practice dedicated to executive coaching and leadership development. She has held multiple executive-level positions in the technology sector and has consulted for over 100 technology companies at varying stages. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience, working with more than a thousand leaders to help them perform at their maximum capacity to drive impactful business results and advance their careers. Riga received a BA in psychology from UC Berkeley and an MA in organization development from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified EQ practitioner.
