Roberta Riga is the founder of R Riga Consulting, a Silicon Valley practice dedicated to executive coaching and leadership development. She has held multiple executive-level positions in the technology sector and has consulted for over 100 technology companies at varying stages. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience, working with more than a thousand leaders to help them perform at their maximum capacity to drive impactful business results and advance their careers.
