We explore how to align with managers and leadership, advocate for your work, and gain visibility without overstepping. We also examine how to build trust and credibility with direct and indirect reports, foster engagement, and earn buy-in from peers and cross-functional partners. Through interactive discussion, real-world scenarios, and guided practice, participants develop practical communication tools, reusable templates, and conversation strategies they can apply immediately to strengthen relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and increase their effectiveness at work.
