Automation, AI, and real-time data are transforming how finance creates value. As technology takes over routine analysis, finance professionals are increasingly evaluated on their ability to interpret data, shape strategy, and lead teams through change. This course equips participants with the strategic mindset and leadership skills to thrive in this evolving landscape. Students will explore three complementary roles that define modern finance leadership:

  • The Data Scientist—translates numbers into clear insights that influence executives, investors, boards, and teams
  • The Architect—designs systems and processes that create alignment and speed
  • The Navigator—connects financial signals to business strategy to guide decisions
Through case studies and hands-on exercises, students will apply AI and data-driven tools, align finance strategy with organizational goals, and communicate insights that influence executives and stakeholders. Designed for professionals in finance, strategy, operations, and consulting, this course helps participants lead with clarity, confidence, and credibility in a data-driven world.
