Advancing in the workplace often requires navigating dynamics that are uneven by design. From gaps in recognition and support to pay disparities and bias, professional women face a distinct set of challenges as they seek to grow their influence and leadership impact. This course is designed to support women and allies who want to lead with confidence while helping shape more effective and inclusive workplaces. In this workshop, we focus on building practical leadership skills that translate directly to real-world situations. We explore how to communicate with clarity and authority, advocate for career goals, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders and decision-makers. We also examine how to cultivate trusted relationships with sponsors, prioritize work strategically, and manage time and energy to deliver meaningful results.
Through interactive lectures, classroom discussion, and instructor feedback, participants gain personalized tools, scripts, and templates they can apply immediately to strengthen leadership presence, increase impact, and advance their careers at any stage.
While this course focuses on addressing challenges women commonly face, the course is open to everyone, and the techniques and strategies taught will have broad application.
