Most AI leadership courses focus on what AI systems can do or how organizations can deploy them. This course examines a different challenge: how leaders should structure decisions once AI begins influencing them.
As AI becomes embedded in workflows, organizations must reconsider how judgment, authority, and accountability are distributed. Who makes the final decision? When should humans override AI recommendations? How should responsibility remain clear when outcomes go wrong?
Built around the Decision Architecture Framework, a structured approach for analyzing how humans and AI cooperate in decision-making, the course explores authority, escalation, oversight, and accountability in AI-enabled organizations. Students will apply the framework to real organizational scenarios while examining where human judgment should remain central and how leaders can govern AI-influenced decisions responsibly.
This course is designed for professionals involved in organizational decision-making. No prior technical AI background is required.
