Project management is more than managing schedules and budgets—it is about transforming a team’s vision into actionable goals that deliver real results. This hands-on course examines successful and failed projects across multiple industries to uncover what drives project success. Students then apply these insights to a real-world scenario using proven tools such as SMART criteria, work breakdown structures (WBS), RACI matrices, and trade-off analysis to define clear goals, measurable objectives, and tangible deliverables. The course also explores practical applications of AI throughout the project lifecycle, covers risk management and stakeholder communication, and guides students in developing a concise, executive-ready project plan containing the critical elements needed to launch and lead initiatives with confidence and structure.
