When you master high-performance habits, you gain a critical edge—not just in productivity, but in your ability to lead, influence, and grow within your organization. Designed for ambitious professionals and rising managers, this course helps you build the mindset, systems, and leadership behaviors needed to accelerate your career without compromising well-being.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

  • Stay focused and avoid burnout with time blocking, energy management, and intentional prioritization
  • Tackle complex challenges and make clear decisions under pressure
  • Identify and shift self-sabotaging patterns such as perfectionism, avoidance, and reactive task-switching
  • Lead with presence through emotional regulation, reflection, and values-based decision-making
Each week includes hands-on exercises, self-assessments, and practical tools to sharpen your approach. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a personalized 90-day plan to lead with confidence and drive meaningful progress.
