Well-designed referral and viral growth programs helped companies like Airbnb, Dropbox, and DocuSign grow faster than traditional advertising could. Such growth can compound, delivering results that do not have to be purchased campaign by campaign. Traditional sales and marketing still matter, but creating high-impact, product-led growth programs requires a different set of strategies.
Students will explore approaches that generate momentum across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention, and extend it through external ecosystems. They will examine flywheels, growth loops, network effects, gamification, communities, and platforms. Implementation methods such as growth hacking will help students prioritize and act on the highest-leverage opportunities. AI is woven throughout as both a design partner and a practical tool for planning and execution.
Designed for growth leaders, marketers, product managers, technical leads, general managers, and CEOs in software and related technology businesses, this course combines practical frameworks, hands-on exercises, and peer discussion. Students will leave with tools they can apply to their own organizations.
