An AI product can wow a room in a demo and still go nowhere. The security team raises concerns, procurement pushes back on pricing, the CIO wants a stronger business case, and users aren’t convinced the product fits their workflow. Turning a promising AI product into an offering an enterprise will actually buy, adopt, and expand is where product leadership matters most. Whether moving upmarket, pursuing a land-and-expand strategy, or building for technical buyers, navigating that gap requires a distinct set of strategic skills.
Designed for product managers and cross-functional partners, this course explores how to build AI offerings that resonate with enterprise buyers and users. Using real-world case studies and short applied exercises, students learn to assess risk and opportunity in complex environments, articulate and price value across diverse stakeholders, and apply data to evaluate whether an initiative is viable and when to pivot.
Students leave with a practical approach to planning, launching, and scaling AI initiatives for enterprise customers.
