Imagine entering a room and naturally inspiring trust, engagement, and respect. That’s the power of authentic leadership presence—a blend of physical poise, self-assurance, connection, and likability. In this highly experiential course, you will learn to develop your personal leadership presence from the inside out. Through cognitive and somatic techniques, you will cultivate empowering beliefs, strengthen your mindset, and embody ease and confidence. Leadership behavior models and guided meditation practices will help you build effective, lasting habits.
Once a foundation of authentic presence is established, the course focus shifts to external impact—refining how you communicate and how others experience you. With personalized feedback and coaching, you’ll learn techniques for speaking with clarity, credibility, and intention. By the end of the two-day workshop, you’ll have a personalized intentional practice work plan to guide your continued growth as an authentic and influential leader.
