Through real-world simulations, collaborative discussions, and experiential exercises, you will learn to:
- Manage your psychology and emotional reactivity during periods of volatility, stress, and uncertainty
- Negotiate challenging stakeholder relationships with greater awareness and ease
- Embrace change, innovation, and the unknown with openness and curiosity
- Minimize distractions to stay focused on deep work and redirect energy to what matters most
- Recover quickly from setbacks and sustain high performance in demanding environments without burning out
