Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are taking the business world by storm. For many entrepreneurs and executives, though, it is hard to go beyond the hype to clearly see how AI can help make businesses more effective and profitable. AI/ML can be a great competitive advantage or a drain on money and resources, so how best to get started? This workshop will provide the practical tools needed to identify and act on the many advantages that AI and ML tools offer, presenting an overview of the most useful AI tools, applications, and business cases.
The transformative potential of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI will also be explored, examining their applications in content creation, customer interactions, and decision support. Additionally, the types of data and infrastructure a business needs to get started with AI will be discussed, along with how to measure readiness, evaluate AI/ML roles and responsibilities in an organization, and determine the skills and technologies necessary to successfully incorporate AI into an organization’s processes.
By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of the trends driving the AI revolution and the processes and tools needed to successfully implement AI in businesses, ensuring practical, actionable insights for immediate implementation.
