AI agents—autonomous systems that understand goals, plan actions, and execute tasks—are delivering massive productivity gains across industries. From automating customer service to accelerating software development, agents are transforming how work gets done.
This five-week course provides the foundation and frameworks to lead AI agent initiatives in your organization. You'll master: what distinguishes agents from chatbots, how agents work technically (architecture, planning, tools, memory), proven use cases with measurable ROI, and practical implementation strategies from pilot to production.
Business leaders will learn to evaluate opportunities, design pilots, and manage change. Technical professionals will understand agents under the hood. All participants will explore optional hands-on Agentic App building using low / no-code tools.
No coding experience required. Optional hands-on activities use tools that have free tier available.
