The next generation of breakthrough products will harness agentic AI—systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex goals, not just answering questions. This course equips product leaders and innovation professionals with a framework for translating the principles of agentic AI and move quickly from foundational concepts to production-ready agents. Through real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises, students will learn to identify and validate strategic high-value agentic AI use cases, and design AI architectures for implementing agents aligned with organizational goals. The course culminates in a capstone project in which participants develop and present a comprehensive product/tech spec for an agentic AI-powered product or feature. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills, frameworks, and confidence to lead their organizations into the next wave of AI-driven innovation.
This course relies on the use of an external, third-party tool that is not managed or supported by Stanford. Students must purchase their own tool subscriptions and can expect to spend $25-$100 per month. Please see the course syllabus for more details.
