Most of us carry ideas that could expand our work or enrich our lives—creative projects or long-delayed experiments that linger on the “someday” list. This course shows you how to move them forward by devoting just 10 percent of your time to focused, achievable progress. Guided by a practical seven-step framework—from discovering your spark to designing a clear path forward, sharing your vision, and building support networks—you’ll turn aspiration into momentum. Each week introduces tools for setting SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goals, trying small, low-stakes experiments, and refining ideas through feedback and reflection. We’ll explore real examples of projects that transformed careers and lives—from side projects that grew into household names to students who launched their careers while still in college and writers who finished the novel they’d always imagined. Whether you’re seeking professional growth, creative expression, or personal challenge, this course will help you turn ideas into action, one small step at a time.
