After the age of 40, many of us find ourselves staring in the mirror, feeling like we're meeting a stranger. We often ask ourselves: Is this all life has to offer? Yet midlife is an opportunity, not a crisis, especially for women. Whether considering career transitions, navigating symptoms of perimenopause, or grappling with issues of identity and purpose, the natural shifts in our minds, bodies, and lifestyles can be challenging to navigate; it is a time when guidance can inspire a new sense of fulfillment.

Uniquely designed for women over 40, this immersive course will help you dive into life's most pivotal transitions, rediscover your purpose, and harness your wisdom to navigate uncharted territories with confidence and grace. Whether you're seeking a fresh chapter in your career, forging new relationships, or embarking on a journey of personal renewal, the course will equip you with the tools to become the master of your destiny. Drawing on the stories of diverse and thriving women from around the world, we will practice proven strategies to help us let go of predispositions that no longer serve us. Students will learn to understand their bodies, embrace experimentation and exploration, and trust that we don't need to figure out every detail of our journey—with the right approach, the path always reveals itself.

While this course focuses on addressing challenges women commonly face, the course is open to everyone, and the techniques and strategies taught will have broad application.
