GLENN BRASSINGTON
Professor of Psychology, Sonoma State
Glenn Brassington is a licensed clinical, health, and performance psychologist. He was a postdoctoral research fellow and adjunct clinical assistant professor at the Stanford School of Medicine. Brassington has published scientific papers on sleep, physical activity, sports/performance psychology, and mental training for peak performance. Over the past three decades, he has been a health behavior change consultant and mental training coach, working with individuals and organizations to optimize mental and physical performance.
