Virtual Art Museum Visit and Drawing at the Musée d'Orsay

Thank you for attending! The recording and presentation are now available.

Join artist and Continuing Studies instructor Michael Azgour for a midday session and take a virtual trip to the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, France. Learn historical facts about the museum before exploring two artists of focus: Mary Cassatt and Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi. Bring a pencil and drawing paper as Michael will then lead a short drawing demonstration. End the hour with a discussion about art and design principles encountered in the works of focus. This virtual art museum session is designed to be a relaxing, informative, and creatively inspiring break from your workday.
