Leadership Skills for Women: How to Negotiate for More
Nita Singh Kaushal, Founder, Miss CEO; Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, Stanford

In today’s workplace, women are underrepresented in many key fields and positions. Studies show that women hold just 20 percent of board seats and make up only 4.8 percent of S&P 500 CEOs. And an astounding 41 percent of women in technology leave the industry within ten years, largely because they face an inhospitable work culture or lack support.

In this upcoming webinar, join Nita Singh Kaushal, founder of Miss CEO and Stanford Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, as she discusses one of the most popular topics when it comes to developing one’s leadership skills: negotiation. She will explore why negotiation is essential for women looking to advance in the workplace as well as share practical tactics on how you can achieve win-win negotiation situations by developing a confident and proactive approach.
