Webinar: Building Resilience
In times of stress, resilience is key. In this webinar, presented by Antoine de Morrée, PhD, Stanford University, you will learn research-based techniques that help you build resilience, navigate setbacks, and identify your purpose. Drawing on the latest research in neuroscience and psychology, the aim is for you to find solid footing when you are feeling overwhelmed and to give you a way to find the strength to bounce back.

About the speaker:
Antoine de Morrée, PhD is an instructor in neurological sciences and stem cell biology at Stanford University. His work has been published in top scientific journals including Science and Nature and he received multiple awards for his research and leadership. Antoine teaches "Communication, Compassion, and Resilience" to Stanford students and scientists and is author of the book Magnetic: How Great Leaders Persuade and Inspire (2020 Kendall-Hunt Publishing). He received his PhD from Leiden University, The Netherlands.
