INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Depending on the course/s you took, there are different methods of ordering a transcript.
1. If you registered for a course on this website (if your courses were through the Continuing Studies program), you must log in to your Student Account to complete your request. The first five Continuing Studies transcripts are available free of charge. Additional copies are available for a charge of $10 per transcript.2. We also process transcripts for the various programs listed below. If you took courses through one of these, please download this Transcript Request Form. Please note: Federal law (FERPA) requires your signature to process any release of records. No transcripts shall be issued without it. Transcript fees for these programs may vary.
Transcripts are typically sent within 5 business days, but please note that the University is closed for two weeks late Dec./early Jan. and transcript requests will not be processed during that time.
