We often think about AI's ability to generate words, images, programming code, and even music. But there's something else it can generate: enhanced productivity and job satisfaction. This course will teach students how to use AI to augment their existing capabilities and everyday job functions. Students will learn how to create email responses; turn text documents into presentations with copy, image, and chart recommendations; generate (and expand on) project plans; and critique arguments. Automating these time-intensive tasks can help free time for strategic work, benefitting both the individual and teams. Students will learn these skills through design thinking exercises and building personalized AI-based productivity plans. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with demonstrable skills to foster a culture of balance, engagement, and efficiency in their organizations and step into a new era of executive leadership.

While no prior AI experience is required, a basic understanding of workplace technology is beneficial.
