Where do you want to go as a leader, and how are you going to get there? Research from the Stanford Graduate School of Business shows that using a journey mindset is a more resilient and effective way to picture your path than simply focusing on a destination. This course uses proven frameworks, tools, and practices and its crucial elements are both personal and relational. Clarify your purpose and values, so that you can consistently act in a strong, centered, and resilient way. Become more aware, intentional, positive, and compassionate. Build your emotional intelligence, which is the most important skill for successful leadership and which includes developing greater self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Explore how to help others be engaged, use their strengths, face challenges, and grow. Improve your skills of active listening and giving feedback. Strengthen your relationships with trust and authenticity. With the unprecedented challenges and uncertainties leaders face, share with others who are also on this learning path. Engage in deep self-reflection and conversation. You will leave this course with a clearer purpose, expanded skills, and a roadmap for your leadership growth. You will have new capabilities to adapt to challenges, help others grow, and make a greater impact.
