WSP 179 B — The Exceptional Leader: A Framework for Successful, Scalable, and Impactful Leadership
Drawing on the philosophy and science of leadership, we will focus on the two major competencies of successful and impactful leaders: personal and interpersonal leadership, and team and organizational leadership. In this highly interactive workshop, you will participate in a series of experiential and reflective activities that will help you develop skills and techniques for effectively building on each of these competencies to enhance your leadership abilities. This course will be particularly relevant to managers, supervisors, team leaders, and others who aspire to develop high-performance leadership competencies.
