To make a difference in a fast-evolving world and support the progressive digitalization of our organizations, we are asked to deliver relevant analysis faster and go beyond siloed views of our business. We must dive deeper in our search for new signals in the enterprise data noise. We must carve out more time for innovation, engagement, and execution.

In this course, students will learn how to architect simple and flexible technology solutions that serve their needs. A key to this evolution resides in the mastering of not only data, but also technology, people dynamics, and process optimization. More than a “data scientist,” we have to become a “data CEO” in order to lead a true, balanced approach in building our data “supply chain” in a sustainable and business-driven manner. Through hands-on case studies and expert guest speakers, approaches to becoming data-savvy will be discussed. The course will cover change management and project dynamics that can make or break initiatives and will present practices to drive game-changing efficiencies in enterprise processes. By acquiring the foundations of efficient data management, students will master the capture, processing, and delivery of the data that matters.

His experience includes large enterprises (Google, Oracle) to bootstrapped, Series A, and pre-IPO companies, where he has overseen aspects of finance, operations, and marketing, including developing teams, analytics, and scalable processes for growth and transparency. He received MBAs from the University of Nantes and EDHEC Business School.
