What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them? This question inspired four decades of research and the development of the CliftonStrengths assessment, which measures natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Today, Gallup research shows that people who use their strengths daily are six times more likely to be engaged at work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. Who wouldn’t want that? In this course, we will explore leadership and impact through the lens of strengths. We will start by interpreting your results from the CliftonStrengths assessment: What do they reveal about how you best strategize, influence, build relationships, and get things done? This course will help you articulate not just why, but how you most naturally achieve success, and how to put this knowledge to future action. Whatever your goals—honing your management style, switching careers, communicating more effectively—you will develop tangible actions each week that creatively use your strengths to achieve those goals. Through group exercises, laser coaching, and weekly intentions, you will leave the course with a deeper understanding of your unique capabilities, an implemented plan toward your desired impact, and the confidence to continue your journey as a strengths-based leader.

Please note: Prior to the first class session, all participants are required to complete the online Clifton StrengthsFinder Profile 10 Assessment ($19.99). If you have completed the assessment within the last five years, retaking the assessment is optional. Participants are also strongly encouraged to purchase access to their complete strengths profile for a more comprehensive approach (an additional $39.99). More information will be provided upon registration.
