What drives real estate success in unpredictable markets? How can investors transform challenges—like housing shortages and policy shifts—into opportunities?

This course equips participants with actionable tools to build and scale real estate portfolios using the innovative "0-10-100" framework: a step-by-step roadmap to start from zero, achieve incremental progress, and scale sustainably. Students will explore strategies for acquiring, managing, and growing real estate portfolios, with a particular focus on build-to-sell and build-to-rent models. The course also emphasizes tax-efficient investment approaches and includes an in-depth analysis of California’s housing policies, including regulations, tenant protections, and development incentives, to inform strategic decisions. Students will learn how to:

  • Identify market trends and uncover opportunities in complex environments
  • Apply tax-efficient strategies and real-world insights through case studies of successful real estate entrepreneurs
  • Gain hands-on experience by creating business plans, conducting feasibility studies, and forecasting ROI
By the end of this course, students will be equipped with the skills, insights, and strategies needed to grow their real estate investment portfolios and thrive in today’s dynamic market.

Prior experience in real estate is not required, though a basic understanding of financial concepts is recommended.
