Women entrepreneurs who join this course will get to listen to inspiring guest speakers, network with other women entrepreneurs, learn from each other and the instructor, and get equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to run and grow their ventures successfully, all in an exciting, energetic, and fun learning environment. The group will cover topics based on their interests, including managing shortfalls in funding, scaling the business, recruiting and motivating talent, allocating resources strategically, maintaining well-being, building resilience and a support system, setting boundaries, and prioritizing responsibilities. Students will share their top challenges at the beginning of the session. Then we will group the challenges into shared themes and choose the top themes to address during the class. In addition, the instructor will share research and practical tools from the business and psychology fields that relate to the top challenges identified by the group. We will use a group coaching methodology, a facilitative process that leverages the experience, resources, and knowledge of the instructor and the women participating in this course. By attending this highly engaging and hands-on course, you will build connections with women entrepreneurs, gain knowledge and practical tools, provide and receive support, get inspired, and feel motivated and confident to lead and scale your startup courageously and successfully.
While this course focuses on addressing challenges women commonly face, the course is open to everyone, and the techniques and strategies taught will have broad application.
