This course is designed for female startup founders who are looking to network with other women entrepreneurs, learn from each other, and overcome challenges commonly faced in running and growing their ventures. The challenges covered in this course include managing shortfalls in funding, finding ways to scale the business, recruiting and motivating talent, allocating resources strategically, maintaining well-being, building a support system, overcoming loneliness and fear of failure, setting boundaries, and prioritizing responsibilities. We will group the challenges into shared themes and then choose one or two themes to address in each weekly session. We will use a group coaching methodology, a facilitative process that leverages the experience, resources, and knowledge of the instructor and the group of women who will participate in this course. In addition, the instructor will share research and practical tools from the business and psychology fields that relate to the top challenges identified by the group. By attending this highly engaging and hands-on course, you will be able to network with other ambitious women entrepreneurs, build connections, provide and receive support, get inspired, and feel motivated and confident to lead your startup successfully.
While this course focuses on networking and coaching for women entrepreneurs, the techniques apply to people from all backgrounds.
