Leadership is increasingly complex—more collaborative, more diverse, and more inclusive—in person and online. How do you have more impact while navigating this complexity? Your team members and colleagues are challengers, peacemakers, goal seekers, creatives, knowledge seekers, and more. Understanding and appreciating how they respond and react, and how they're different from you, will help you be a more impactful leader. In this interactive course, you will learn about the Enneagram system. The Enneagram is a comprehensive guide to understanding personality structure, including strengths, limitations, and core beliefs. Knowing this time-tested system will help you understand yourself and a wide range of people so you can make better leadership choices. You’ll become aware of when to lean in and when to restrain yourself, when to challenge and when to listen—and you will be able to apply your new knowledge immediately. Classes will include specific content around communication, feedback, conflict, and leadership so you can have a greater impact in your organization, and beyond.
This course includes a non-refundable materials fee of $35 to cover the purchase of Enneagram typing cards and four reference booklets.
