People analytics (PA) has become a vital HR function, helping organizations make data-driven decisions that enhance talent strategy and overall business performance. Despite its growing significance, many still view PA as a “black box” and have misconceptions about its scope and how to enter the field. This course provides an accessible introduction to PA, designed for individuals new to the field or HR professionals seeking to better leverage their organization’s PA capabilities. You’ll gain a solid foundation in how PA supports decision-making in areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and resource allocation. You will learn how to:

  • Understand key PA functions and their impact
  • Collaborate effectively with PA teams
  • Identify the next steps for integrating PA into your career or organization
Guest speakers from leading PA teams will share their insights and experiences, offering practical guidance for aspiring practitioners and HR partners. By the end of this course, you’ll be prepared to take the next step in advancing your PA journey.

No knowledge of statistics or data science is required.
