Amit Mohindra is the founder and CEO of People Analytics Success in Boston. Through advisory, coaching, and education services, he helps organizations and individuals accelerate their success in analytics, digitization, and AI. Mohindra founded and scaled analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, and Wayfair and was an HR executive at Goldman Sachs and IBM. He invests in and advises HR tech startups. Mohindra received an EdD in organizational change and leadership from USC and an MA in economics from Brown, focusing on labor and development.
