This course is designed to reinvigorate you and your organization with these challenges in mind. Informed by contemporary best practices, business research, and industry guest speakers, we will help you shed the habits of conventional top-down leadership to instead become a collaborative transformer.
Throughout this experiential course, we will discuss current leadership challenges and provide adaptive decision-making tools. We will include interactive exercises and create cohort connections to share experiences, relevant practice, integration, and accountability. You will cultivate an authentic leadership identity and activate your unique leadership gifts and talents. Together we will reduce limiting beliefs to enhance resilience, learn a model to improve conscious communication and collaboration, and develop mental, emotional, and physical strategies for greater vitality.

Breanna Hatcher is a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) with over 16 years of experience. She has worked with people worldwide, transforming their leadership, teams, and careers. Her clients include Apple, Chevron, OSIsoft, Prezi, and Shorenstein. She is the director of a community development program that has graduated more than 250 leaders. Hatcher received an MA in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco.
