As AI becomes embedded in daily workflows, the leadership challenge is not mastering the technology—it’s guiding people, teams, and organizational culture through rapid change. This course equips decision-makers to integrate AI strategically and responsibly. You will learn to:
- Lead teams where human judgment and AI complement each other, drawing on frameworks such as MIT’s human-AI collaboration model and OpenAI’s AI adoption guidelines
- Build trust, adaptability, and resilience in AI-powered workplaces through proven change-leadership methods and real-world cases from Google and Microsoft
- Anticipate market, talent, and organizational shifts using scenario planning, PESTLE analyses, and AI-enabled foresight tools
- Design AI initiatives aligned with organizational culture and strategy, leveraging structured risk-benefit assessment and strategic frameworks like TOE and the WEF responsible AI maturity model
MITCHELL GURICK

Mitchell Gurick is a member of the HR staff at OpenAI, which is dedicated to fostering a people-centric culture and driving organizational growth. Previously, Gurick worked at Google in various roles within people operations, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy. He received an MS in organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a PhD in global leadership and change from Pepperdine.
