As AI becomes embedded in daily workflows, the leadership challenge is not mastering the technology—it’s guiding people, teams, and organizational culture through rapid change. This course equips decision-makers to integrate AI strategically and responsibly. You will learn to:

  • Lead teams where human judgment and AI complement each other, drawing on frameworks such as MIT’s human-AI collaboration model and OpenAI’s AI adoption guidelines
  • Build trust, adaptability, and resilience in AI-powered workplaces through proven change-leadership methods and real-world cases from Google and Microsoft
  • Anticipate market, talent, and organizational shifts using scenario planning, PESTLE analyses, and AI-enabled foresight tools
  • Design AI initiatives aligned with organizational culture and strategy, leveraging structured risk-benefit assessment and strategic frameworks like TOE and the WEF responsible AI maturity model
By the end of the course, you will have practical tools, tested strategies, and the confidence to shape outcomes and lead effectively in an AI-driven world.
