Mitchell Gurick serves as a member of the HR staff at OpenAI, which is dedicated to fostering a people-centric culture and driving organizational growth. Previously, Gurick worked at Google in various roles within people operations, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy. He received an MS in organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a PhD in global leadership and change from Pepperdine. Textbooks for this course:
