  • Utilize AI tools to assess team dynamics, predict organizational trends, and proactively address challenges
  • Implement AI-driven leadership strategies, including using natural language processing to enhance communication, predictive analytics to anticipate team needs, and machine learning to personalize employee development
  • Examine case studies that demonstrate AI’s practical applications in optimizing workplace behavior and decision-making
Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will gain practical insights into applying advanced AI strategies within their organizations, empowering them to navigate change and thrive in the future of work.

MITCHELL GURICK
Member of HR Staff, OpenAI

Mitchell Gurick serves as a member of the HR staff at OpenAI, which is dedicated to fostering a people-centric culture and driving organizational growth. Previously, Gurick worked at Google in various roles within people operations, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy. He received an MS in organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a PhD in global leadership and change from Pepperdine.
