Have you ever hesitated to take on a bigger role at work because you didn’t have the inner confidence? So instead you just opted out of trying? Have you ever been in a meeting with both men and women and felt that your voice wasn’t being heard, not just figuratively but literally? Have you ever wondered why it seems so easy for others to command the room and have their ideas embraced? What if you could learn how to feel powerful and commanding, and how to proactively create new opportunities for yourself that will lead to personal and career growth?

In this interactive, fun, and practical course, you will learn actionable techniques to verbally, physically, and kinesthetically increase your executive presence. Using video clips from today’s culture as reference points, along with thoughtful conversations, role-playing, and prepared packets and readings, you will feel your own unique personal connection to this material, and you will leave inspired to take action and present yourself more authoritatively and confidently to the world. This course is appropriate for anyone who has experienced these issues, or who wants to understand the dynamic that women often experience in a business setting.

Prerequisite: Advanced-level proficiency in spoken English.
