Glenn Brassington, Professor of Psychology, Sonoma State UniversityGlenn Brassington is a licensed clinical, health, and performance psychologist. He is a former postdoctoral fellow and adjunct clinical assistant professor in the Stanford School of Medicine. He has published numerous scientific papers in the areas of performance psychology, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress, and social support. For more than twenty years, Brassington has also been a health promotion and performance enhancement consultant and mental training coach to business professionals, healthcare providers, performing artists, and professional athletes.
