Ready to lead your entrepreneurial venture? Could you benefit from having strong persuasion skills, a creative mind, and a more expansive mindset so you can attract the resources you need, embrace challenges, confront uncertainties, and lead your venture successfully? In short, do you have the mindset and skills that belong to the most prosperous entrepreneurs? This workshop will provide an overview of what it takes to be an effective entrepreneur and an assessment of your current entrepreneurial mindset and skills. You will come to understand what aspects of your mindset might prevent you from achieving your venture’s goals and how to overcome any self-limiting beliefs. In addition, you will seek constructive feedback, improve your persuasion skills, and use creativity and innovation tools to solve a problem that will be presented to you in class. During the second day of the workshop you will pitch your solution to the class, and you will receive feedback on how to improve your pitching skills. Upon completion, you will be able to exercise a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and you will be equipped with frameworks and skills to create ideas, innovate, and solve problems.
