Stop informing—start inspiring! As a communicator, your goal isn’t simply to be heard but to make others feel what you mean. Whether you're conversing with an individual, leading a team meeting, or addressing an audience, practical strategies for engagement and influence are essential. In this high-energy workshop, we’ll focus on spoken communication and what it takes to be a purposeful communicator. We’ll explore these critical questions:

  • How can I establish and build trust with my audience?
  • How can I feel confident, even without all the answers?
  • How can I say more with less to boost my credibility?
  • How do I engage others to retain and act on my message?
We’ll also practice skills that build trust through nonverbal communication. By exploring key neuroscience principles, we’ll learn why these techniques work. Students will leave energized, equipped with the skills to create a positive impact in any type of communication exchange.

Advanced-level proficiency in spoken English is required.
