Roberta Riga is the founder of Silicon Valley–based R Riga Consulting. She has held multiple executive-level positions and consulted for over 120 companies primarily in the technology sector. She has nearly 30 years of experience working with more than 1,000 leaders to help them drive impactful business results and advance their careers.
