Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are taking the business world by storm. For many entrepreneurs and executives, though, it is hard to go beyond the hype to clearly see how AI can help make your business more effective and profitable. AI/ML can be a great competitive advantage, or a drain on money and resources. This workshop will give you the practical tools you need to identify and act on the many advantages AI and ML can offer.

The day will start with an overview of the most useful AI tools, applications, and business cases for optimizing product pricing and placement, optimizing marketing budgets, ad targeting, sales forecast and analysis, customer service, financial analysis and risk assessment, and hiring and performance management, along with much more. We will also discuss what type of data and infrastructure a business needs in order to get started with AI, how to measure its readiness, how to evaluate AI/ML roles and responsibilities in an organization, and what skills and technologies are needed to successfully incorporate AI into an organization’s processes. Finally, we will consider what results you can realistically expect to achieve, versus what is hype. By the end of the workshop, you will have a solid understanding of the trends driving the AI revolution, as well as the processes and tools needed to successfully bring AI to your business.
