Agile is no longer a project management framework reserved strictly for software development projects. Whether you are developing an innovative product, are on the forefront of technology, or are implementing new business processes, Agile Project Management can assist you in delivering to your customers quickly without compromising business value or quality.

This hands-on course will lay a foundation in Agile best practices and build your skills in Agile Project Management through case study analysis, simulations, and real-world exercises with leading Agile Project Management software. You will explore the Agile value principles, release planning, portfolio governance, and the various Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Additionally, you will learn how to scale agile projects and manage the nuances of self-directed teams. By the end of the course, you will have the working knowledge and terminology necessary to successfully plan and execute an agile project. Those who will benefit from this course include business and engineering students, software and product developers, small-business owners, managers, and anyone currently working on projects.

    You aren't expected to work through the material alone. Instructors will answer questions and interact with students on the discussion board and through weekly video meetings.
