AI is reshaping product management. While it won’t replace product managers, those who embrace AI will outpace those who don’t. This interactive, hands-on course equips you with practical AI tools and strategies to elevate your effectiveness at every stage of the product lifecycle. Whether you’re an experienced PM or just entering the field, you will learn to harness AI to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and drive results. Through interactive sessions, you will develop actionable skills you can immediately apply to your work. Specifically, this course covers how to:

  • Accelerate customer discovery and user research using advanced language models and smart research prompts
  • Synthesize customer and market insights by leveraging AI tools to create data-driven, high-confidence product roadmaps
  • Craft compelling user stories and product messaging with AI-powered writing assistants tailored to different stakeholders
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a set of practical skills to amplify your impact and stay ahead in the evolving product landscape.

This course is designed for experienced product managers seeking to deepen their skills and integrate AI into advanced product strategy and execution. This course relies on the use of an external, third-party tool that is not managed or supported by Stanford. Students must purchase their own tool subscriptions and can expect to spend $25-$100 per month. Please see the course syllabus for more details.
