Are your teams and organizations striving, or even struggling, to innovate products, services, or processes? Are you facing complex problems with unclear solutions and changing requirements? Would you and your teams like to accelerate profitable growth and have fun doing so?

Agile values, principles, and practices, while commonly associated with software, can be applied in any organization. Teams and organizations that embrace the shift to Agile, not just in external behaviors but also in mindset, are able to grow faster and more profitably, compress innovation cycle times, and experience improved customer and employee engagement and satisfaction. In this interactive course, we will use Agile to learn Agile and its most widely used framework, Scrum. Short, focused presentations will cover key concepts. Students will reinforce those concepts through hands-on games and activities, including an immersive, multi-team simulated project. This dynamic workshop leads to students building the skills, behaviors, and mindset necessary to become proficient with the practices as well as the values and principles of Agile and Scrum.

Due to its short format, this workshop may not be taken for a Letter Grade. However, Credit/No Credit is available.

This course includes a non-refundable materials fee of $5 to be paid at the time of registration.

This course covers the same material as WSP 297.
