In the world of modern videography, films and videos come to life using just the powerful visual storytelling tool that's in your pocket. These days, with nothing more than your iPhone, you can unlock your creativity, tell stories, and express yourself in a way that captivates and inspires those around you.

In this course, you will shoot, edit, and produce your own videos on an iPhone. You will learn about the applications, accessories, and techniques needed to create stunningly professional-looking film footage, as well as composition and storytelling basics. Once you add music, transitions, and filters as finishing touches, you will be ready to screen your first compelling iPhone movie. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to shoot and edit on an iPhone to produce a polished film.

Students should have access to an iPhone 10 (X) or newer with iOS 16 or newer and have experience with the iPhone Camera and Photos apps. Students will shoot and edit only on iPhones. Students must purchase apps for this course and can expect to spend an additional $15–$40 on these apps.
