Transcript Requests

The first five Continuing Studies transcripts are available free of charge. Additional copies are available for a charge of $10 per transcript. Transcript requests must be made in writing. You can request your transcript online or by email, postal mail, or fax.

EPGY Transcript Information

To order transcripts for Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY) students, please visit the EPGY website.

Certificate of Completion

Continuing Studies is no longer offering a Certificate of Completion for students who have completed 18 units of coursework. For students who have already made significant progress toward this goal, you may petition the registrar's office for an exception.
