Main Quad Area

From Highway 101

Traveling North

• Take University Avenue exit 403 towards Palo Alto.
• Continue approximately three miles on University. University Avenue crosses over El Camino Real and becomes Palm Drive.
  
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

 Traveling South

• Take University Avenue exit 403.
  
• After exiting, turn left at the stoplight onto University Avenue.
  
• Continue approximately three miles on University. University Avenue crosses over El Camino Real and becomes Palm Drive.
  
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

From Highway 280

Traveling North

• Exit Page Mill Road East toward Stanford.
  
• Continue over the hill and turn left on Junipero Serra Boulevard.
  
• Turn right onto Stanford Avenue.
  
• Turn left onto Bowdoin Street.
  
• Turn right onto Campus Drive and follow campus drive for approximately one mile.
  
• Turn left onto Palm Drive.
  
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

Traveling South

• Take exit 24 towards Sand Hill Road East, keep left at the fork, and then merge into the right lane.
  
• Continue on Sand Hill for approximately three miles.
  
• Turn right onto Arboretum Road (at the Stanford Shopping Center).
• Turn right onto Palm Drive.
  
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

From El Camino Real

Traveling North

• Exit right off El Camino Real towards University Avenue.
  
• At the stoplight turn left onto Palm Drive.
  
• Continue on Palm Drive for about a mile toward the center of campus.
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

Traveling South

• Exit right off El Camino Real towards University Avenue and Palm Drive.
  
• Keep right and exit onto Palm Drive.
  
• Continue on Palm Drive for about a mile toward the center of campus.
• Palm Drive dead-ends into a large parking lot known as The Oval. The Oval is located directly in front of the Main Quad.

Directions to the Tresidder Union Parking Lot

From Highway 101 (North and South)

• Take the Embarcadero Road West exit toward Stanford.
  
• At El Camino Real, Embarcadero becomes Galvez Street. Continue on Galvez Street to Campus Drive.
  
• Follow Campus Drive for approximately one mile to the back side of campus.
  
• Turn right onto Mayfield Avenue. Continue on Mayfield by turning left at the first stop sign.
  
• Make an immediate right into the Tressider Union parking lot.

From Highway 280

Traveling North

• Take the Page Mill Road East exit toward Stanford.
  
• Continue over the hill and turn left on Junipero Serra Boulevard.
  
• Turn right at the second stoplight onto Campus Drive East.
  
• Turn left onto Mayfield Avenue. Continue on Mayfield by turning left at the first stop sign.
  
• Make an immediate right into the Tressider Union parking lot.

Traveling South

• Take exit 24 towards Sand Hill Road East, keep left at the fork, and then merge into the right lane.
• Continue downhill Sand Hill and turn right on Santa Cruz Avenue.
• Make an immediate left onto Junipero Serra Boulevard.
• Turn left at the second stoplight onto Campus Drive East.
  
• Turn left onto Mayfield Avenue. Continue on Mayfield by turning left at the first stop sign.
• Make an immediate right into the Tressider Union parking lot.

From El Camino Real

Traveling North

• Turn left at the light onto Serra Street.
  
• Turn left in front of the gas station onto Campus Drive.
  
• Follow Campus Drive up a slight hill toward the backside of campus.
• Turn right onto Mayfield Avenue. Continue on Mayfield by turning left at the first stop sign.
  
• Make an immediate right into the Tressider Union parking lot.

Traveling South

• Turn right at the light onto Serra Street.
  
• Turn left in front of the gas station onto Campus Drive.
  
• Follow Campus Drive up a slight hill toward the back side of campus.
• Turn right onto Mayfield Avenue. Continue on Mayfield by turning left at the first stop sign.
  
• Make an immediate right into the Tressider Union parking lot.
